I have a moment every now and then to go down to the ocean by my summer house and just look around on the beach front there and see what I can see. My grandfather always told me to walk with your head down. Walking every day and taking my weght loss shake really have made a good difference in my life for keeping my weight under control, along with the omega 3 supplements that I am taking. You see, my family has a history of imbalanced weight conditions and I want to thwart this issue before it becomes an issue.

The most I have ever done to loose weight and feel good about myself is being done right now. It is very much enjoyable and it is definitely worth while to be put into a health blog for all of you blogosphere maniacs to read and get acquainted with. I have also invested my time in what my brother tells me is a paleo diet and my lord was he correct when he told me that dieting is just as important as weight training. It has been an upward battle as far as the weight training goes but I think that I am definitely on the right path as far as strengthening my core and muscles that I not even sure I had. So going outside with a short sleeved shirt and shorts is doing me just fine.

It took a while and with the help of the best multivitamins it was made possible, I wish I could find good vitamins online but I digress.
Here is the list, try not to let McCains washboard abs get in the way of your better judgement…

Reasons why Veterans, active duty personell, and anyone who cares about them should not vote for McCain:

*AWOL for May 22nd vote on GI Bill. Expressed opposition to bill saying “it was too generous to Veterans”.

*Voted against Bill in September that would have mandated adequate rest for troops between combat deployments.

*Voted No on $1.5-billion increase for Veteran Medical services (money would have come from closing corporate tax loophole).

*Voted No on establishing a trust fund to bolster underfunded Veteran Hospitals.

*Voted No in May 2006 against $20-billion allotment for expanding Veteran Medical Facilities.

*Voted No in April 2006 to increase Veteran Outpatient care.

*Voted No in March 2004 another $1.8-billion reserve for Veteran Medical care (again funded by closing corporate tax loopholes).

Bottom line, McCain is more interested in taking care of big business then the men and women he wrongly sent to fight in Iraq.

I travelled back from the mountains today. It was an easier trip than getting there because I didn’t have to pack the manatee skins. Those things were heavy! The orac value of a manatee hide is tremendous. Well, the tribes men were happy to take the skins from me. The ceremony they were preparing for was in honor of Lumpamas, their god of luck. The hides were to be sliced up and ground in to a special Master Formula that is to be imbibed by the cheif. The cheif then goes on a hallucinagenic journey with Lumpamas and all the secrets of the coming months are revealed. He will show the cheif all the disasters that are in store for his people. He shows all the battles of the surrounding villages and how they will effect the cheif and his people. I think its just a load of hooey. The man gets dillusional drunk and expects to see all that will happen? I don’t think so. I took my 50 bucks and got the hell outta there.

I have no doubts about my own public image. I am a rock star in my own mind, I have no idea what it takes to let you go out into the world and make mistakes. Me, I have never in my life made a mistake. Do I wear “I’m the best” cologne by Man-O-War, no I cannot afford it but I do like rub up against those little tester bottles you find at the mall. Men, this is how to deal with stress if you’re a bad boy! You don’t need the best multivitamins to make the little girls run in fear from your manhood. They will just smell victory and run to you on their knees.

Well Knight Rider and American Gladiators are back on the television… finally. I swear that is exactley what this country needs. Some television shows just do not want to die, I swear, Knight Rider, KNIGHT RIDER, who in the hell has been waiting on that television show. And how did they tell David Hasselhoff that the last thing that he had in his life was going to be ruined by are futuristic society. That had to have been the worst conversation ever, you know he cried, cried like the little girl he is. And freakin American Gladiators, you have got to be kidding me, when was the last time you said to yourself, hmm, read a book or, or watch The American Gladiators whoop asses all across a very awkward stage. Television has done nothing but digress into crapier crap than it all ready was.
